The Epsilon chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society (OKU) honored several Creighton University alumni, students, faculty and staff as newly elected members for 2021.
OKU is a national dental honor society that encourages scholarship and advances the ethical standards of the dental profession. OKU recognizes dental professionals who have distinguished themselves by excellence in scholarship while demonstrating exemplary character traits and potential for future professional growth and achievement.
Newly elected members are Chase Robert Deiglmeier, DDS’21, Taylor Nicole Ensrude, DDS’21, ChunWoo Kang, DDS’21, Maggie Elisabeth Larsen, DDS’21, Mohammad Salem Mohammad, DDS’21, Derek Leo O’Connor, DDS’21, Samuel R. Smith, DDS’21, Emily Jo Snodgrass, DDS’21, and Patrick Daniel Zawadski, DDS’21.
A lifetime membership was bestowed upon Richard Ronk, DDS’78 while junior dental student Christopher Philip Pritchard received the Dr. William S. Kramer Award of Excellence, which recognizes a junior who has demonstrated scholarship, character and the potential for advancement of dentistry and service to humanity.
