We very much appreciate your interest in joining the Creighton School of Dentistry community. We’ve coordinated our application process with the American Dental Education Association’s Application Service (AADSAS) online application service. We encourage you to apply as soon as the application service begins accepting applications the first Monday of June. Before completing your application, we also encourage you to find out more about our admissions requirements.
Application Process for First-Year Applicants
To apply to the Creighton University School of Dentistry, you will first need to register for the American Association of Schools Application Service (AADSAS). Once registered, you will be able to fill out a dental school application.
Once your application has been received from AADSAS and processed by the Creighton Dental Admissions Office, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and, if necessary, further instructions for completing your application.
In addition to completing an application through AADSAS, you must also submit a Creighton supplemental application.
Download the supplemental application form below, fill in completely and mail to the Creighton School of Dentistry Admissions Office. Be sure to insert a current photo in the space provided in the document.
Send your nonrefundable application service fee in the amount of $60 (check made out to Creighton University) to:
