Biography
Dr. Terry Lanphier is an Associate Professor and Chair in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at Creighton University School of Dentistry. He received his BS, DDS and MBA at Creighton University. He joined the faculty of Creighton School of Dentistry in 2001 with a 32-year career in private practice. During his time at Creighton, he has received a number of teaching awards.
